New Homs Clock Tower

In the center of Homs, a bustling Syrian city in central Syria, the New Clock Tower sounds proudly. In 1957, a Homsi of the diaspora donated 60 thousand Syrian pounds to build the clock tower. It is often referred to in her name, the Kurjeyah Haddad Clock.
